Alana Tubman
Chief People Officer

Chief People Officer
When someone comes along and inadvertently redefines their role, sometimes you need to just change the title of the role itself. And that’s exactly what happened with Alana Tubman – although she started with us as an HR consultant, the title “Human Resources” never really quantified all the things she was doing for the agency. So we fixed that, making her LevLane’s first ever Chief People Officer.
Alana sharpened her people skills at the Philadelphia Zoo, where the animals are only fractionally wilder than the folks you meet in advertising. And although she wasn’t the one pulling any quarreling monkeys apart in the exhibits, we’re pretty sure she could figure out how to do that too.
Spending the last decade immersed in the world of people (not animals) has helped her become a SHRM-CP-certified Swiss army knife of sorts. An HR Practitioner, of course. But also, a guardian of career growth. An architect of talent strategy. A “human capital” expert with a knack for people solutions. If it has anything to do with our agency, it has something to do with her.
To put it simply, Alana is the aloha spirit of LevLane and a firm believer in the same thing we always tell our clients: the people come first.
